Company History
ChampionsWay began in 1998, when Master Farid Dordar turned frustration into opportunity. He and his wife Ingrid owned a successful martial arts school, Champions, but were unable to find software that fit the specific needs of their business. They, like many other martial arts school owners, were using five different software systems to run different aspects of their schools. Master Dordar saw that his industry needed a software solution that could fulfil all of a school’s needs, no matter what style of martial arts was being taught. After extensive research, consultations with dozens of martial arts school owners, extensive investment and development, MAS was born - software built within the martial arts industry for the martial arts industry.
Master Dordar focused on the customizability of his solution, knowing that each business is unique and that to be successful, software needs to be able to adjust to the unique nature of each business. As other school owners heard about a solution developed specifically for their needs and sales took off, Master Dordar expanded his operations. He hired more staff to handle the growing demand, and to develop the upgrades requested by his customers.
Master Dordar, a man always striving to redefine excellence, was not satisfied with providing his customers with martial arts business management software. Successful businesses need to market their services in order to grow, and so Master Dordar set out to create a comprehensive marketing system that could be used by any school to duplicate the success he and his wife were seeing at their own academy. With the assistance of his highly creative senior management team, Master Dordar added customized websites, role-based training, and professional internet marketing to the company’s arsenal of business development tools. Next, his customers requested professional consulting, and ChampionsWay consulting Webinars were born!
ChampionsWay now employs over 50 bright young individuals who are dedicated to servicing the needs of our customers. As of mid 2007, we have more than 4500 customers in over 11 countries and we are once again in the midst of a prosperous growth phase.
The ChampionsWay development team is fully immersed in creating our next generation of business software. Our newest innovation will give non-technical users the ability to build business applications suited to their own specific needs. The ability to customize a software application becomes a very powerful tool for the small business owner, who until now, has had to adjust business practises to fit available software, or to not adopt any software at all. With our new platform, developers will also be able to customize, publish and even sell new applications in a matter of weeks, greatly reducing setup time and the cost of doing business.
This is the next chapter in ChampionsWay’s continuing mission to bring our customers technologies and solutions that simplify their lives and speed up their ability to do business. Imagine the possibilities!

ChampionsWay was built in 1998 to create growth in a stagnating industry. The ensuing line of solutions have revolutionized and revitalized the industry by assisting martial arts businesses to grow and become profitable. This privately held company increased its revenues by 100% every year from inception to 2005. In 2006 we expanded our team and have moved locations to accommodate our larger workforce. During this expansion from a small company to a mid-sized business, we have continued to increase revenues by 60%, and we look forward to multiplying our growth in 2007!
