Definition :

Style : Style can refer to a particular martial art, or to any other activity that may take place, such as fitness classes, regular workshops, after school programs, etc.  A single contact can belong to more than one style through their Memberships and Ranks.

Ranks : Ranks refers to a particular level of experience and / or difficulty within a style.  Ranks can also have Stripes associated with them, to show the degree of progress within a rank.  A contact can have more than one style and rank through the Programs and Memberships that they have.

Stripes : Stripes are an indicator of progress or proficiency within a rank.  They are not required.
