Attendance Management:

Attendance made easy is what the ChampionsWay Platform is all about! Combined with PerfectScan, the platform uses a combination of style, rank, and age logic to auto-detect the class being attended for open schedules, with an override feature that allows you to place a student in any class if needed.

The attendance system works even with the platform minimized! So you don’t have to keep the attendance section open to keep attending students for classes!

Parents love the new attendance system as well, since they are sent an alert when students in a specific age group miss a class without notice! For afterschool programs, you can easily store a picture of the parent or guardian who is responsible for picking up each particular student, which helps increase student safety!

If you’re into having a high-tech look to your school, the platform supports a member’s view for those wishing to have a 2nd monitor facing students as they scan in, and you decide what they should and should not see about their profile as they scan in. PerfectScan talks too! It sings happy birthday, alerts students requiring a discussion with staff, alerts staff of students behind in payment or with expired memberships, and you can create your own alerts too!

Attendance is flexible with the platform, take it any way you want, with scanners, RFID readers, or the good old fashioned “key-in” method! It even makes attendance setup easy by being able to print custom ID cards using the system’s ID Card Wizard or order quality ID products such as credit card style ID cards or key chains from one of our technology partners!
