Our basic support comes loaded with access to our support hotline, online support center, and weekly group training classes. However, when implementing a system with this level of capability, an account manager is a key success factor in ensuring you are able to see compelling results in the shortest amount of time possible, with the least amount of effort. Account managers will assist you with all aspects of your business setup including transferring data, enrolling you in training classes, coordinating integrated services for seamless functionality, completing merchant account applications, marketing automation and analysis, hardware peripherals, creating custom reports, and automation of routine business processes. Your account manager will provide you with a personal extension, email address, a tip of the week, and an opportunity to network with their other clients if desired.
