Rick McLane has written dozens of reports for my business.

The software I use to run my business is the best available. It does come with reports, but most of them don't populate properly, or the data is not displayed in an easy to read format. Mr. McLane has re-written all of these reports. He has also written many custom reports.

Reports range from simple data retrieval to complicated reports which select students who meet certain belt and number of classes attended criteria, sorts them according to the belt they are eligible to test for, then sorts them into specific testing time slots, creates a chart and tells me how many boards and what size they need to break.

Whatever I used to do manually is now done through Crystal Reports. This has made my business run more smoothly and economically, while giving me much-needed free time.

The software company that puts out the software I use has partnered with Mr. McLane to write their custom reports.
