MAS 10.10 Release

MyOffice

Billing – ChampionsWay 

• A one week grace period for online services has been introduced for any ChampionsWay client accounts that become delinquent.

Contacts 

• To ensure that all leads have a sign up date the application will use the first contact date if there is no sign up date entered.

• Two new contacts filters have been added. The first shows all contacts who have had a bounced email message from an email campaign, allowing you to quickly see any issues with campaigns, email addresses, internet service providers blocking email, etc. The second filter shows all contacts who have not subscribed to any newsletters.

Website 

• You can remove the non-member website sign up feature, keeping your website log in for members only. Please contact your account representative or Technical Support for details.

Online Help and Support 

• The Support tab in the online help and training files was not showing the correct page due to a service provider making changes to their code and passing changed information to our application. This has been updated.

MAS

Contacts 

• When synchronizing contact Birthdate and First Contact Date information from My Office to MAS, it would not be formatted in the same way that those dates were formatted in MAS. This has been fixed so that those dates wil be formatted in the same way between MAS and My Office.

Maintenance 

• If the custom field names were edited MAS did not save the changes immediately. If a compact and repair was performed the changes to the custom field names were lost, and the old field names appeared when MAS was restarted.

Reports 

• New Transaction by User report. This report will group transactions by the MAS user who performed them, allowing you to see who has sold what. This makes calculating commisions on sales much simpler, for example.

• Previously the down payment amount was not necessarily included as a transaction in the “Transaction By…” reports. This has been changed so that the down payment amount is in the report.

• The Class Report was showing contacts as being absent from classes they were not taking. If a contact was assigned to a Program, and that program had several classes listed for it, the contact would be marked as being absent from any of the program classes that they did not attend. If the contact was only taking some of the classes listed for the program, they would appear to be absent for classes that they were not even taking. The report has been adjusted. The classes that a contact is taking should be assigned to the contact. Then the report will only show them as absent for classes that have been assigned to them.

Finance 

• An issue where an agreement with check as the payment method and a valid routing number is saved as an active agreement, but fails due to MAS flagging the routing number as being invalid has been fixed. (Saving the agreement a second time would allow the agreement to be created as active with this issue.
