Company History

ChampionsWay was born in 1998, when Master Farid Dordar channeled his frustration into an opportunity. He and his wife owned a successful martial arts school but were incapable of finding one software system to meet the many needs of their growing martial arts business. The frustration of using multiple software systems for every aspect of his business was the catalyst of his innovation. Fed up, Master Dordar decided to invest his time and money into the conduction of research and later the development of MAS (Martial Arts Standard) in 1998 – School management software built within the martial arts industry for the martial arts industry. Martial arts business owners were in desperate need of a software system that could do it all and MAS was created to fill that void, regardless of the school size or style of martial arts that was being taught.

Master Dordar's strong understanding of the martial arts industry lead him to realize that not all martial arts businesses operated the same way and that MAS needed to be adaptable to meet the unique nature of each and every martial arts business. Because of its customizability, user-friendly interface and wide variety of capabilities, MAS was well received within the Martial Arts Industry. As the word passed from one school owner to another, the demand for MAS grew overwhelmingly. Master Dordar decided to expand his operations to manage the growing demand of his software and continue providing the martial arts industry with innovative business solutions.

Although MAS was highly successful, Master Dordar was not satisfied with providing his clientele with martial arts business management software alone. He felt compelled to provide more to the growing martial arts industry and set out to create a comprehensive marketing platform that could be used by any martial arts school owner to duplicate the success that he and his wife were experiencing at their own academy. By combining his expertise with the creativity of his senior management team, Master Dordar added customized websites, role-based training, and professional internet marketing to the company's arsenal of business development tools. Soon after, martial arts business owners requested professional consulting and Master Dordar responded to this demand by creating ChampionsWay Online Webinars! .
