Is your school in the know? Read on to find out!

On an average month, our sales department here at ChampionsWay is in contact with 8 to 10 thousand schools.

For some reason most of the schools we are in contact with have reported an increase in enrollment this year compared with the 2004.

There are many factors that can contribute to this as each school deals with its own set of challenges whether it is the school's location, competitors, surrounding demographics, or the overall economy.

Regardless, if we always know the answers to some key questions, we will have a better chance at discovering how we can accelerate towards our school's goals.

Here is the first set of questions we must know the answers to:

1a) How many people called this month requesting more information about our school?

1b) Was this more or less than during the same month last year?

2a) What advertising/marketing sources are generating these calls (how many called from yellow page ad, referral, buddy day etc.)?

2b) What was our cost per/call for each advertising source?

3a) What percentage of these calls did we transform into introductory lessons?

3b) What percentage of the introductory appointments are not showing up for their lesson?

4) What percentage of the introductory appointments are transforming into enrollments?

5a) Which students in our school are attending 80% or more of their classes?

5b) Have we approached them to provide any referrals lately?

Knowing the answers to these questions is key in order to make effective decisions and grow your business without investing too much money to do so.

You will find it very difficult to regularly generate these statistics without ChampionsWay solutions.

Beyond making the right decisions to bring students in, we also have to make the right decisions to keep them coming. Knowing the answers to the following questions will give our student retention a big boost:

1a) How many times per/month are our students coming to class on average? 1b) Which students are attending 50% or less than this figure?

2a) What is the average amount of time students train at each rank? 2b) Which students are beyond the average time to pass their current rank?

3) If we have more than one instructor, whom is the instructor of students resulting from questions 1b and 2b?

It has been said many times before –our schools will not grow if our back door is as wide open as our front. Again, ChampionsWay Solutions will make it easy for you to keep your school "in the know" as the front-desk program produces automatic reports based on these statistics.
