How does your 30-day money-back guarantee work?
We want you to get the full experience with our software. When you sign-up with us you are provided with training, support and a dedicated success coach. If at the end of your first 30 days you are not completely happy with the software, we will give you your money back. What is the difference between ChampionsWay and PerfectMind?
ChampionsWay is a version of our PerfectMind software built specifically for the martial arts industry. PerfectMind technology (available at www.perfectmind.com) can be used by a wide range of member-based businesses but lacks martial arts-specific features such as belt and rank management.
How safe is my data?
Your data is incredibly safe. PerfectMind is PCI compliant and complies with all PCI rules and regulations on all PerfectMind production servers. We comply with ITIL Security Management and ITSM Change Management. Our US hosting facility is owned by Amazon (AWS EC2 infrastructure) and PerfectMind Canada is hosted by TELUS AgillT. All public and private webpages are encrypted using SSL provided by RapidSSL with 256-bit encryption.
Can I import, export or save my data offline?
Yes, you can. Our system allows you to effortlessly save and export data in different formats. If you have a large amount of member data or inventory you'd like to import into our application, our Success Team can take care of that for you.
